what is Lot code - Lot codes usually refers to all the DRAMs that come from a particular wafer production run. This is DRAM vendor specific. Lot codes are not usually identifed on the DRAM device package but may be listed on shipping label of the DRAM shipping boxes/containers that were purchased by the memory module manufacturer from the DRAM vendor.  (Also see date codes)
